JASPER FROST

    HOUSE PARTY

By JAMES ALSTON

"I need to explain something. Joe. Joe was my housemate and my best friend. But sadly he, well two months ago. He passed away. And the obvious question is, well - is this Joe?"

Adam is self-isolating. The days are merging into one, the mind is becoming inactive, and he suddenly finds himself alone in his flat. That is, until the ghost appears.

Written as a play for the screen, this was written, directed and performed in isolation as part of the OSO Arts Centre's 'The House is Now Open' initiative during the lockdown of the United Kingdom due to COVID-19, beginning 23/02/2020.  It was rehearsed entirely through Zoom.
